Order Replacements & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet expectations, you may request a replacement or reimbursement under the following guidelines.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless specified otherwise on the product page.
- Products should remain in resalable condition — unused, with original packaging and any included accessories. Damaged or altered items may not qualify for full reimbursement.
- Some categories such as perishable items, personalized products, or opened hygiene items are generally not eligible unless defective.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement or reimbursement after verification. Return requests should be submitted promptly for evaluation.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason.
- Submit the request to receive instructions for returning the item where applicable.
Processing & Timing
Once returned items are inspected, a decision is communicated and approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Replacement requests can be made for the same product (size, color, or model) based on availability. If a replacement is not available, a reimbursement will be offered instead.
Partial Reimbursements
Items returned in a condition that reduces resale value (e.g., missing accessories) may qualify for partial reimbursement. Any deductions will be clearly explained.
Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for reimbursement according to the price paid at the time of purchase.
International Considerations
International returns must comply with local import/export regulations. When returns are restricted due to legal or regulatory reasons, reimbursement may be provided after verification.
Inspection & Resolution
All returned items are inspected. Any disputes regarding eligibility or condition are addressed fairly using order records and submitted evidence.
